My background is unique and includes many years in the marketing/branding/PR world and for the past three years here in the culinary world. I love teaching and continuing to communicate about the pleasures of understanding food and sharing food together.
As a teacher, I work regularly in recreational cooking classes throughout the city based mainly at Astor Center. I teach a wide range of classes from the fundamentals of cooking technique to the special intricacies of creating many international cuisines.

In addition, I work as a recipe tester and developer and am available to assist culinary
writers and stylists. I'm also available as a personal chef for your next dinner party!
